Hello everyone who botherd to open this thread.
the person who owns the account, and plays the charachters is who you should be concerned with recruiting.
I dont care if you have 50k Skill points, or 50 million.
I am looking for cool people.
How can you join a corp after a 2 minute conversation? Or because of a flashy banner or some bull like that.
Recruitment should be like dating.
Ok thats a bad analogy because im easy.
I hope new players dont jump into large alliances and corps or small catchy ones either for the wrong reasons. I want every member I recruit to stay with my corp(s) for the entire time they play EVE. I am building a community not a financial empire or whatever it is.I think this should be every players hope.
that being said i am looking for the intelligent but not nerdy. i will tolerate nerds, but not geeks. been laid lately? Thats a plus but I wont ask you about it. have an active social life and are not on every Friday and Saturday night? cool me too.
open to any race in game and out? good because I hate racist retards.
like to joke around and have fun and occasionally lose ships to your own stupidity?
oh yeah join the club.
I am looking for all kinds of players of all races in all kinds of ships with every imaginable intrest and all levels of ISK. I dont care if you are a little needy as long as you are not a jack hole.

OK well I just added a nice guy from Australia and a guy From Maine.
15000k apart, but they are both part of the family now.
Its like hanging out at your local pub but with funny accents :)
I just hope i get more sports fans in here before the world cup gets going. I definately want to get some ISK wagers going this summer.

This thread has brought in some nice people. sure we may need to work on the in game stuff, but im not willing to let this thread sink to the bottom of the heap just yet.

Bernice, its strange you say that about the brew pub. I had another e-mail me the same, however had just had like 15 people in there.
i assume you realize this but the quotation marks are not part of the name. i just used them to seperate from what i was writing. im sure that can cause problems.
Anyhoo I gotta catch some zzz right now because i was up till like 4 am last night and i dont want to get fired all that mutch.
please get ahold of me, or the corp. I have had a great time meeting people every night that are definately behind the concept we have going here.

well the corp name isnt really an issue because the tiker is -BEER and we refer to it as beer
hell its a good time. We actually officially have a brew master in the corp now.
Imagine the things I will be learning about making beer.
this game is already helping me live a more fulfilling life :P
or at least cupfilling

Hello World, I am gonna give this a little bump and put in tonightĘs Corp Itinerary.
The things on Schedule are a corp. mining operation in .4 space to acquire all the jespet and omber we can grab. There my also be some guys Ice mining to build stores for our planned POS.
We will continue to work on the planning of our future POS, as well as participate in the usual nightly stuff. So that means Killing rats, Hunting P-rats, killing macro-miners and taking their haul, playing P-rat :P running complexes in strings, and helping the new guys while drinking in excess.
I should be on well into NZ time zones tonight because I simply feel the urge to play late.
Catch me in game if you want to check out the corp. I will also be recruiting heavily tonight. Contact Sleepy weasel or Krakatoa, and always feel free to join us in our public channel: the brew pub

well thats kind of under wraps sort of but we suck at secrets and stuff.
not sure how long we will even leave it up. its all a learning process but we hope to profit financially as well as acedemicly from the exercise.

We are way too noobish to get our outpost on. But well I am now thinking after much reading and research we are likely heading for multiple POS. profitibility is more realistic with multiple POS than a solo.
I like to go big
but before we build I have to ensure we have contracts in place.
Big fun on the way and well we are always looking for good people to join the corp. Industrial or Combat.

we have over 70 members
but id say thats 50 people because many like myself have 2 accounts
that number is on the rise though lots of referal recruits coming over now.
and usually we have between 4 and 18 online
10 being a pretty common number
busiest at say north american peak times. but still 6 or so guys online during euro times. and thats my biggest intrest right now. growing the non peak timezones.

Yeah I dont see why a group cant be pirate hunting while another is pirating. heck, a corp is a social outlet, and should not tell what you can and cannot do in a game.

recruiting is back on my agenda this week. Seems we are setting up another mining operations base for the miners. it seems the few we have now are out mining our current mining base. and were always gonna need some more guys there to defend it from other nefarious elements.
its bad enough how much damage passing out on your keyboard while in a belt can cause

hey if anyone is interested we have a real good European membership now to back up the North American Presence. still just a handfull from Australiasia, but the west coast north americans and Hawaiians are on with them so we have pretty good coverage no matter your regular playing time.
so the old addage is true... "its 5 O'clock somewhere..."
